I'm blocked now too. I agree - Google/Blogger help sucks!!! They need at least one email address you can email, and a way to process requests.
And they shouldn't have a system that has you "guilty" until proven innocent. A live person should review BEFORE your blog is locked, and then lock it if it really is spam.
