Note the Alan Partridge-esque sections called "one man and the law" used to segway into his arrest for talking out of his arse.

I've never seen a show that encapsulates all the dull, claustrophobic small-mindedness that Britain has to offer. I watched this programme for 5 minutes laughed a bit, then felt depressed and wanted to emigrate.
