Following the sad news that Hotel Chelsea is no longer accepting new guests it seemed a somewhat apposite moment to post this interesting Arena documentary from 1981. While the actual building will not be going anywhere, i wonder what's going to happen once all the long-term residents kick the big one? Not hard to guess really in NEW YORK CITY - 21st CENTURY CITY OF THE FUTURE...
