TWIN PEAKS COOKING PART 2

These are the in-house training videos of RYUGIN the hyper fancy restaurant in Tokyo. They have no narration, context or explanatory aids whatsoever, just the ominous and melancholic accompaniment of synthesized orchestral library music.

Here they brutalise a duck in an overly complicated yet entrancing way:



Now they spear live fish through the eye to make an expensive starter:


And to finish, a plate of what looks like a rubbery alien salad from a children's tv programme:
