No subtitles but from what I can understand these gangs (seriously weird looking inbred kraut hicks) are from the northern German working class city of Kiel, they use gas pistols, knives and fireworks to fight each other every single night. They patrol the harbor area and all the tourist bars downtown, they both (the two rival gangs) take pride in the pointless nightly violence and do not want to give any explanation as to why they bother, apart from the need to win that nights brawl.
